Batik cake

250g softened unsalted butter
75g caster sugar
5 medium eggs
1 396g-can sweetened condensed milk
7 tbsp Milo
7 tbspunsweetened cocoa, sifted
1½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 packet Marie biscuits broken into 6
1/4 cup Nestum

Method:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy then add eggs one by one.

In seperate bowl mix condensed milk, Milo and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Mix well to get a smooth, thick paste. Set aside.
Slowly add this mixture to the butter mixture.
Pour batter into a large non-stick pan and cook over small flame for few minutes.(i usually take 1/2 hour-becareful not to burn it or let it get to dry-moisture in cake helps in cutting process)

At the final stage add broken pieces or marie bicuit and nestum into the batter and press it firmly into a line and greased pan and store it in fridge until set. To store it after setting: wrap cake in foil once remove and place it in the freezer (if it doesnt finish by then).

P/S: Might not look good in this pic, but I assure you, it's not TOO bad.
