............just one of the many quotes/questions we get from people.....
Wikepedia: Kuching is the capital city of Sarawak, Malaysia's largest state situated on the island of Borneo.
*beautiful, muddy, browny waters of Sarawak River....*

*only RM 0.70 per trip= AU$ 0.25*

Count your blessings
I know this is a tough period for all of you...
I know this is a time that everyone wants to give up...
BUT... just felt like sharing something...
Was working today at a pharmacy... and a lady came in with her husband... The lady had terminal cancer, was dying... Husband was with her all the while, holding her hand... the way teenagers hold hands when they first fall in love... like U know... the 10 fingers intertwined with each other... And he was just guiding her around the shop... holding her hand tightly... for fear that one day she'll leave him...
And that day will come soon...
U know... this just brought tears into my life... How ironic that God always uses situations like this to teach us something... How ironic that when we have tomorrow to live, we rarely treasure our tomorrows... Because we know that there will be a next tomorrow after tomorrow... BUT these people don't... They don't know when they are going to die... They don't know if tomorrow will come for them...
How ironic that we don't treasure the people around us... even when they're just supporting, being there for us and with us... How ironic that it takes a disaster for us to realise how much we love the people around us...
How ironic that during exam times, all we want to do is give up, when these people are struggling on, NOT giving up till their last breathe because they want to spend time with their families...
How ironic that we break the heart of people around us... When we could have treasured them more...
Friends... Exams are near... BUT it's only a minor part in life... How ironic that we view exams as a life/death changing situation... Enjoy your studies... :)
Meanwhile I'll go mug for my tutor visit...
Lots of love :)

quotes
"For some reason, people demand quotes. From anywhere. Groups of friends recite the same quotes from movies and TV shows over and over. Why? I suppose that if a group of people share common knowledge of a quote and its meaning, then the use of said quote can feel exclusive. If you understand the meaning of a quoted phrase, as well as its place of origin, you're in a club......"
- "At the end of the day, there are some things you just can't help but talk about. Some things we just don't want to hear, and some things we say because we can't be silent any longer. Some things are more than what you say, they're what you do. Some things you say cause there's no other choice. Some things you keep to yourself. And not too often, but every now and then, some things simply speak for themselves."
- At the end of the day faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don't really expect it. Its like one day you realize that the fairy tale may be slightly different than you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. And its not so important happy ever after, just that its happy right now. See once in a while, once in a blue moon, people will surprise you , and once in a while people may even take your breath away.
- Maybe we like the pain. Maybe we're wired that way. Because without it, I don't know; maybe we just wouldn't feel real. What's that saying? Why do I keep hitting myself with a hammer? Because it feels so good when I stop.
- How do you know when how much is too much? Too much too soon. Too much information. Too much fun. Too much love. Too much to ask... And when is it all just too much to bear?
